Get to Know Dr. Sara

Dr. Sara discovered chiropractic after experiencing a back injury which sidelined her from sports and forced her to take time off of work. This, paired with a later work experience in a chiropractor's office, allowed her to witness firsthand the remarkable benefits of chiropractic care.

She later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College, where she completed an internship treating military personnel at Walter Reed Naval Medical Center. This internship provided her the opportunity to shadow multiple medical professions and see how a cohesive multidisciplinary model benefitted the patients' outcomes.

MEET DR. SARA

Recently, Dr. Sara completed a Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice from National University of Health Sciences, which provided her with greater insight to medical and holistic options available for a wide range of patient presentations. Dr. Griffin is of the firm belief that while many patients share similar symptoms, the reasons for the condition and thus the approach to treatment should be individual and unique.

With advanced certifications in the Activator Methods technique and kinesiology taping, Dr. Sara leads our practice with a dedication to whole-person wellness through customized care and an integrated health approach.
