I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis that was affecting my neck, shoulder, and arm. My case was difficult as I also had a partially torn labrum and rotator cuff that affected the dexterity of my hand. Physical therapy and injections helped some, but I wanted a better recovery. I decided to try chiropractic therapy with Dr Griffin. After a few sessions, the residual pain started to disappear. As I continued to get treatment, my range of motion and strength increased. My daily pain was no longer there. I am now a firm believer in chiropractic care, and will continue to see Dr Griffin to make sure my neck and spine are aligned correctly. I highly recommend Dr Griffin not only for her skill as a chiropractor, but for her caring attitude towards my overall health. Feeling Like a Monster Again!
I struggled with low back pain for a good year. I wasn’t quite sure what was causing it. My primary care doctor offered a limited explanation but my pain was still there. So, as fate would have it, I was introduced to a Chiropractor that worked out at my gym (Dr. Griffin). After my first session, I could already feel a difference. Dr. Griffin revealed that my pain was being caused by a bad combination of old sports related injuries that showed up primarily in my lower back (SI Joint). Within weeks I was working out with some restrictions but much less pain. Within a few months, I’m feeling like a monster in the gym again. I do stupid things (give me a break, I’m a man) which will cause me to need an extra adjustment here and there but for the most part, I am rocking and rolling again thanks to Dr. Griffin and her wonderful staff. Although Dr. Griffin tells me that putting human beings on my back is bad for my spine, I just can’t resist sometimes. – David J.

I came to Dr. Griffin with a shoulder injury that prevented me from raising my arm above my head or moving it behind my back. I had tried several different forms of treatment before I came to Dr. Griffin’s office. Dr. Griffin took time to understand my condition and treated me in several different ways.
